Hi! I’m Andrew and I’ve dedicated myself to living the healthiest, happiest, and longest life that I possibly can. Once I embarked on this journey to wellness I ended up losing over 70 pounds, having the most energy I’ve ever had in my life, overcoming my sleep apnea, and accruing many other benefits that come along with a healthier lifestyle. While on this journey my family and friends started taking notice of all of the ways my life was enhancing and I kept getting questions about how they could enhance their lives. In many ways this journey was made easier by the fact that I’ve loved cooking from a very early age, so you’ll also find healthy recipes that I love and have cooked myself. I will also update my blog as much as I can to keep you informed on anything and everything that's going on in my life (with many pictures to go along with it).
